ARKK was born one summer evening in 2014, when two lifelong friends, Thomas Refdahl and Kasper Høj Rasmussen (fuelled by a few gin and tonics), decided to embark on a grand project: to create a sneaker that would be comfortable, functional and designed to embody the simplistic Scandinavian design tradition. Eighteen months (and many sleepless nights) later, the first ARKK sneaker - the Raven - was launched and quickly sold out.
